Caswell Beach NC - Caswell Beach Road Dune Infiltration System (20170196.00.RA)

The work will consist of installing 735 linear feet of Dune Infiltration System on a Town parcel located near the Oak Island Lighthouse. In addition to installing the Dune Infiltration System, an adjacent boardwalk relocation will be required and stormwater force main will be installed via an 8” PVC system. Also, vegetation replacement will be required on the dune system.

Sealed bids will be received by Town of Caswell Beach (Owner), for construction of Caswell Beach Road Dune Infiltration System at 1100 Caswell Beach Road, Caswell Beach, NC 28465.

Bids must be submitted on the complete project and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to Chad Hicks, Town of Caswell Beach, 1100 Caswell Beach Road, Caswell Beach, NC 28465. Outside of the envelope must be marked “Bid for Caswell Beach Road Dune Infiltration System”. Envelope must also bear, on the outside, the name of the bidder, bidder’s address, and bidder’s license number. All bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the bound document or as provided by Addendum prior to bid.

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 90 days.
