REBID - Conover, NC - NEWWTP Aeration System Upgrade (20180256.00.HI)

NEWWTP Aeration System Improvements, including but not limited to:

1) Upgrade of the existing sequencing batch reactor (SBR) aeration system with work to be performed separately in a pair of basins while maintaining the remaining pair of basins in operation;
2) Upgrade of the existing Blower Building and air distribution system for the SBRs;
3) SCADA system modifications required improvement to monitor and control various features of the new SBR control system provided by the SBR manufacturer; and
4) Site work, yard piping and erosion control as outlined by the drawings and all other work as described by Contract Documents.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Project has an expected duration of 540 days.

Vendors, Manufacturers and Subcontractors may purchase specific plan sheets and/or specification sections by emailing with a list of desired sheets and/or sections. A Table of Contents is available under the Spec Sheets tab in the project posting. Please note that partial purchasers will not be considered plan holders and will not receive notifications of Addendum. However, Addenda will be available for viewing in the project posting.

Please note that only registered plan holders may bid as a General Contractor.

A printed bid set is $161.00 plus applicable sales tax.

A printed bid set & USB Drive with PDF files for $186.00 plus applicable sales tax.
