Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The Project has an expected duration of 180 days.
This project is being funded in part by the Southeast Crescent Regional Commission State Economic and Infrastructure Development Grant (SEID).
Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
